About the firm

I’ve been working in the financial services industry since 2007, and I exclusively work remotely with clients. Whether you're located nearby or across the U.S., I use video conferencing and internet-based systems to connect with you. This approach ensures efficiency, reduces environmental impact, and saves you from unnecessary travel.

Not at all! We start with where you are and work together to build towards your financial goals.

Yes! As a fiduciary, my commitment is to act in your best interest.

Your investments will be held with Interactive Brokers or Altruist, my preferred custodians. You will have full online access to your accounts through their platforms, as well as a mobile app for easy management.

You’re always in control of your money. Since your assets are held with a standard custodian, you can access or transfer them at any time. If you choose to move on, you’ll still have full control and access to your funds.

At Wealth Habits, we focus on a goals-based approach to financial planning. By setting clear, actionable financial milestones and aligning your investments accordingly, we aim to create a personalized roadmap to success. We emphasize risk management, diversification, controlling costs, and taking a disciplined approach to investing, helping clients stay focused on their long-term financial goals, especially during times of market volatility.

I charge an annual flat fee, and you can find detailed information on my Pricing page.

Not really. While I will need some documents, I make it easy by allowing you to upload them electronically. Most data is pulled directly from your accounts, making the process smooth and reducing back-and-forth.

I partner with one accounting firm to offer tax preparation services for financial planning and investment management clients. These services are billed separately.

Most clients feel a sense of relief once they have clarity, and from there, we focus on improving things together.
